What is a Designer Check?
A Designer Check is a paid, one-time answer to one design question. You send up to three photos of your room, plan, or the pieces you are weighing, ask the one thing you want answered, and a Veyah Studio designer writes back with a recommendation.
How much does a Designer Check cost?
A Designer Check is $29 per question. There is no subscription and no call required.
How long does it take?
Your answer arrives within 2 business days of payment. We email you the moment it is ready.
What can I send?
Up to three images: a photo of the room as it is, a rendering or AI room edit, a mood board, or a screenshot of what is in your cart. You can also add notes like room size, what is staying, and your budget for the decision.
Do I need a Room Edit project?
No. Any photo or plan works. If you are already working in Room Edit, you can send the room from What’s Off? and everything you have decided, tried, and measured goes to the designer with it.
How is it different from a Vibe Check?
A Designer Check answers one decision on a plan you already have. A Vibe Check is a designer’s review of the whole room, with marked-up notes and a prioritized list of changes.
Is a Designer Check refundable?
A Designer Check begins shortly after purchase, so payments are non-refundable once the review has started. It is covered by the Vibe Check Customer Agreement on the same terms.
